We will retain basic personal data for as long as you are a customer with us and for a period of up to 2 years after the account has been terminated and all our obligations under the agreement between you and us have been fulfilled. 

When you contact us about general questions 

When we communicate with you on a general matter, we delete the data connected to the communication within 6 months from the end of the matter. Should we for any reason have a legal obligation to keep your personal data for a longer period of time than stated above, your data will be deleted as soon as we are no longer obliged to keep it. As an example, this may apply during a period of time when you have a statutory right to make a complaint or make a claim against a product you have purchased from us.

Who do we share your data with?

In general, we do not disclose your personal data to any third parties. However, we may need to share certain basic information (such as name, contact details, order number/tracking number) with our logistics partners (DHL, Bring, UPS, Postnord) if you submit a complaint regarding your device and we need to deliver and/or repair goods. In addition, your personal data may be shared with subcontractors who are only authorized to process the personal data they receive from us on our behalf, so-called personal data processors. Examples of personal data processors are providers of software and data storage, e.g. for the administration of salaries.

Where do we process your data?

We always aim to process your personal data within the EU/EEA. In certain situations, such as when we share your information with, for example, an IT provider with operations outside the EU/EEA, your personal data may however be processed outside the EU/EEA.
